The AusIMM Strategy

This is a summary document. The full Three-Year Strategy was presented to the Board in October 2008, with the Budget for 2009. The full document includes detailed strategic plans for each department of AusIMM Services.

The AusIMM Business Plan

The AusIMM Business Plans are drafted by the CEO and Management, and tabled at the AusIMM Board meetings for approval.
